Do I receive documentation upon completion of a course?


Yes. As soon as you complete any Zurbee CE course, you receive your certificate. In addition, you will be e-mailed your completion certificate if you chose that option.

Can I get a refund on a course?


Certainly, as long as you haven't attended the course and received your credits. Once credit is received, no refund will be issued. We do require a 3 day cancellation notice. Call us 3 days before the seminar date for a full refund. If you are cancelling inside the 3 day window, you can use the funds towards another course.

Are all courses approved for continuing education credits?


No, the courses that are approved for continuing education credits have the hours approved and the states that approved them in the course's detail page.

I have paid my dues for a course and am unable to attend it, what are my options?


If you miss a seminar or are unable to attend a seminar due to unexpected circumstances, then you may apply the unused funds of the missed seminar towards the same seminar at a later time or towards another seminar of your choice. If the new seminar costs more than the missed seminar, then the difference will be due on the day of transfer. If the new seminar costs less, then a balance will remain to be used towards another seminar.
